Wine Country Candles

$35.00

Beyond our lavender rows, Red Mountain rises out of the sagebrush and holds the last light of every evening. Each spring the cheatgrass on its slopes blushes red, giving the mountain its name, and each fall the crush fills this valley with the smell of harvest. The wines made on that hillside are known around the world. The ritual of tasting them is known to everyone who lives here.

A proper flight follows an old and unhurried order. Something bright to open the senses. Something blushing for the middle of the afternoon. Something dark and structured to close, because around here the red is always the reason you came. We poured that ritual into three candles, each one finished with lavender we grow, harvest, and distill ourselves, steps from where it is poured.

Collect all three to pour the complete flight at home.

7 oz · 40-hour burn · burn within sight, trim the wick, and remove the cork before lighting

FIRST POUR

Champagne & Lavender
Frosted Glass

Every tasting begins with a little celebration. Crisp champagne rises through orchard fruit and settles softly into our estate lavender, the way morning light settles over the rows. This is the candle for good news, for slow breakfasts, for the moments a house feels full.

SECOND POUR

Rosé & Lavender
Clear glass, wax the color of the wine

We poured this one in the palest pink so it looks the way a summer afternoon tastes. Sun ripened strawberry and peach carry a whisper of lavender underneath, dry rather than sweet, faithful to a proper pink. It belongs to patio hours, garden suppers, and the long golden end of a warm day.

FINAL POUR

Cabernet & Lavender
Amber glass

The close of the flight, poured for the wine this valley built its name on. Dark fruit and aged oak deepen into sandalwood, warm earth, and a resinous finish that lingers the way good tannin does. Light it when the evening slows down, when the light goes amber on the mountain, when there is one more chapter left in the book.

From our farm to your flight

Every candle in this collection is poured by hand in small batches on our family farm in Benton City, within view of Red Mountain. We blend beeswax with coconut oil, set a quiet crackling wood wick, and seal each vessel with a natural cork so the scent keeps between burns, the way a good bottle keeps. Each one cures a full fourteen days before it leaves the farm, because the things worth having are rarely the things made quickly.
